We have experience of catering for a wide range of special needs and disabilities. The school has a higher percentage of special needs pupils than the national average.

• We cater for a number of pupils on the autistic spectrum and staff have built up expertise in meeting these children's particular needs.

• We have a powered lifting bed to assist with intimate care and medical needs.

• We use a wide range of interventions to support children's additional needs such as Nessy, AcceleRead AccelerWrite, Stareway to spelling, colour semantics to name but a few.
